Consists of a written/listening online questionnaire in two parts comprising 60 questions each, and lasting 40 to 60 minutes in total.

The VTest Business English – 4 Skills test, assesses the four language skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing, using cutting-edge artificial intelligence.
Test provides an accurate professional English level based on the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).

Candidates can take the test online without prior appointment, securely, in an average of 50 minutes, and receive immediate results in 85% of cases, or within a maximum of 48 hours.
The test interface is available in French. It begins with simple questions, gradually increases in difficulty, and stops at the candidate's level. During the test, candidates will answer comprehension questions, express themselves orally on various topics, and write content on a given subject. The oral expression section begins with reading a text aloud, to help ease into answering open-ended questions.
Equipment required includes a computer, tablet, or even a smartphone — compatible with Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, or Linux. In addition to an internet connection, you’ll need a front-facing camera, microphone, and headphones or a headset, in a quiet environment. To help you prepare, in addition to your training, you’ll have access to a free online sample test.
The ECL exams test oral and written ability to use the language of everyday discourse on practical, professional and personal topics at varying degrees of complexity.
Exam tasks focus on everyday real-world situations and candidates’ communicative competencies. The ECL exam is a general language assessment that does not target specific age groups, cultures, countries, or professions.
